Mr. Shelton is one of the primary authors of the TAB Contract set. Shelton's clients primarily include commercial and residential contractors\, developers\, insurance carriers\, third-party warranty companies\, publicly-traded volume and custom home builders\, remodelers\, subcontractors\, engineers\, and architects in Texas. He is a speaker and writer for numerous seminars and publications on construction topics. He currently serves on several committees for both NAHB and TAB.
